**Title:** Native integrated sensing and communication on one coherent optical beam using rigid waveform manifolds: system architecture, synchronization, whole-unit decision, keying, beam steering and control interfaces

The disclosure describes a family of systems and methods, each with alternatives and numeric ranges:

- rigid waveform manifolds as the transmission unit, with the payload carried by the choice of whole-manifold state (manifold is payload);
- synchronization nails: a common lock nail and an identity nail (Firstnail), capture ladder and candidate order;
- whole-manifold windowed coherent vote (Coherent Vote);
- two-layer transmitter/receiver feedback;
- beam steering by scan, latch-and-stop, track, lock and hold, and tracking of the most critical neighbours;
- per-unit books, link-derived factors, session secrets and a pre-transmit self-check;
- intermediate-frequency pre-rotation of the book;
- a radar body built on a pluggable coherent transceiver module with an amplified circulator front end and dual-polarization reception;
- the kinematic tensor (position, velocity, acceleration, jerk) used directly as a control quantity, potential-field navigation and swarm-as-field coordination.
